The first winter days in quite some time hit earlier this week. Temperatures in the negative and ice all over the place...damn it's cold...
I finally made it back on to the treadmill. Wasn't as rough a transition as I thought it would have been. Though, my legs did write me a letter...

Needless to say, they're paying me back for the extended period of alienation and rest...lol...
